I have 20 years experience within the industry and am a qualified Civil Engineer, I can look after your interests. I have been involved recently in the construction of B&Q's flagship store in Eastkilbride and have carried out many building and civil engineering projects large and small throughout Scotland.

I have had long experience of carrying out work in the area. I started my career in Bridge of Weir and my family have lived in the area for eight generations. I only use trustworthy contractors from the surrounding area. As a result I can give a full, competitive, impartial, personal, reliable and intimate service to my customers.
I have a large database of tried and tested people who can carry out the work that you require.
I can create a scheme to take on all aspects of your Grounds and Garden Maintenance, including Landscaping.
I will meet with you to plan your requirements and engage an Architect or other professional services should they be required.
I will source reputable Contractors and Tradesmen from my database and obtain 3-4 quotes for the work required, Saving you time to do the more important things.
ARC management can save you the percentage add-ons a Main Contractor will put onto your project cost for any trades he does not carry in-house. This can be as much as 15%- 20% for each trade. ARC will save you these percentages and will run the trades for you at cost.
I will instruct the chosen Contractors and Tradesmen to carry out the works on your behalf and then inspect and supervise the works being carried out on a daily basis* assuring specifications are adhered to.

On completion of work to your satisfaction, I will agree and pass invoices to you for payment.
A yearly scheme can be setup for the total Maintenance of your property.
My charge is generally £55 per hour worked on your Project. However dependant on the size of the project, my charges may be worked out on a percentage of the final cost of the project.
I will present a monthly invoice and a charging/time record.
